My team’s business objective is simple:
Savings + Performance + Risk

I’ve set each category’s key results as:

1- Savings (financial): target that has cost savings, cost avoidance, in-year impact and wrap-around impact. Here is my detailed savings methodology.

2- Tenders (activity): ideally, percentage of addressable spend competitively tendered or, simply, number of tenders. Here are my RFP template for implementing an efficient process.

3- Quarterly business reviews (relationship): ideally, percentage of strategic suppliers meeting SLAs through QBRs or, simply, number of strategic suppliers with QBRs. Here is my vendor scorecard template.
